Sealed by someone else

The seal comes from a supervised service on the European trust list, not from us. Whoever receives the file checks it against that service’s signature.

Before you install

What your phone needs

Short list, and none of it is unusual. The one thing worth checking is the age of the device, because the signing key has to live in secure hardware.

iPhone	iOS 18 or newer. The signing key is created in the Secure Enclave, which every supported iPhone has.
Android	Android 12 or newer, with a hardware-backed keystore. That is standard on phones from roughly 2020 onwards, and where a device has StrongBox the key goes in there.
Storage	Your photos stay on the device, so allow for the space: a file of twelve captures at 12 megapixels is around 38 MB. An extract for a single capture is about 3 MB.
Connection	Not needed while you shoot. Signing happens on the phone. A connection is needed once, to seal the file and record it in the registry.
Account	None. To join a company on Business your phone links with a linking code, again without an account; only people who use the dashboard sign in.
The recipient	Nothing at all. A browser is enough to check a file, on any device.

The same on both

iPhone or Android makes no difference

Not to you, and above all not to the party receiving the file. The same captures, the same report, the same verification page. The only difference is who vouches for the key inside your phone: Apple or Google.
