Photos that arrive by email and that someone attaches by hand to the claim, the loan or the work order: it takes time, and things go missing. EverStamp delivers through webhooks and an API into your own system.
A signal in your system as soon as something happens: an order is picked up, a file is in the registry, a request is complete or delivered, a device is linked or revoked. Signed following the open standard Standard Webhooks. If delivery fails, it is retried after 1, 5 and 30 minutes and after 2 and 12 hours.
Prepare orders and requests from your planning, so nobody retypes them, and fetch files with their title, address, field values such as a number plate, and their state in the registry. The answer is always JSON, and an error names the field that is wrong.
A key may read, or read and write, and separately subscribe webhooks. A key gets an expiry date if you choose one, and a key that may subscribe webhooks always has one. At most 300 requests a minute; every action that changes something, and every archive opened, is in the audit log under the key’s name. When you revoke a key, it stops working at once.
You can connect EverStamp to Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate today through their webhook step: in the dashboard, under Settings, Integrations, you create a webhook with the platform’s receiving URL. That step comes under the plan you have with that platform. A platform can also subscribe by itself with an API key; for your own n8n server or Power Automate you first add your own address. There is no dedicated EverStamp app in those platforms’ catalogues.
